Service packages

A package names its expert, its length and its price

A service package is a fixed programme bought on Hilbi: one named expert, a stated length from six weeks to twelve months, and one price shown before you order. It is not a clinical care plan and it never replaces treatment a doctor has prescribed.

  • One price, shown before you order
  • The expert is named, not a category
  • A stated length, and a stated validity

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, and the fourth one never ends

The same four steps for every package on this page.

1

Choose a plan, order and pay

You see the length and the full price before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

2

Book an appointment with your expert

The expert named on the package is the expert you meet, in clinic or online.

3

Follow the expert’s instructions

Each session ends with what to do next, written down in the app rather than said and forgotten.

4

Follow the plan on your home screen

Status, validity and the detail of the package sit on the home screen of the application for as long as it runs.

Frequently asked

About ordering, validity, and what a package is not.

Is the price on the card the whole price?
